1. Where do I find my download links?
- Immediately after checkout: As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll see a Download now button on the checkout confirmation page.
- In your account: Log in at davidebassu.com, go to My Account » Orders, select the relevant order, and click Download Files.
2. How do I download my files?
- Click the Download now button on the checkout page, or in your account order details.
- A new browser tab or window will open and the download will start automatically.
- Depending on your browser settings, you may be prompted to choose a save location or the file may save to your default Downloads folder.
- If you have multiple files in one order, you’ll see separate download buttons for each item. Click each to save them individually.
3. Download Failure & Troubleshooting
3.1 Link not appearing or expired
- Verify payment status: Make sure your payment went through. You should see a confirmation email from us.
- Session timeout: For security reasons, download links expire after 24 hours on the checkout page. Always use the links in your account order history for later access.
3.2 Browser issues
- Pop-ups blocked: Ensure your browser allows pop-ups from davidebassu.com, as downloads may open in a new tab.
- Cookie settings: Enable cookies for smooth checkout and account access.
- Clear cache: Sometimes old cache can prevent downloads. Clear your browser cache and retry.
3.3 Antivirus or firewall interference
- Whitelist our domain: Some security software may block downloads. Temporarily disable or whitelist davidebassu.com.
- Check quarantine: If a downloaded file doesn’t appear in your folder, check your antivirus quarantine.
3.4 Slow or interrupted downloads
- Stable connection: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection.
- Retry download: Click the download button again—our servers support multiple download attempts.
- Use a download manager: For very large files, consider using a download manager that can resume dropped connections.
4. File Format & Compatibility
- Zip archives: Most digital products are delivered as .zip files. Use built-in tools (Windows Explorer, macOS Archive Utility) or third-party apps (7-Zip, WinRAR) to extract.
- Other formats: If you’re downloading PDFs, images, or audio files, ensure you have a compatible viewer (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview, media players).
